Senior Litigation Attorney

Are you a Litigation Attorney with at least 3+ years of experience in Civil Litigation with an emphasis on Employment and Business Law? Do you have a strong work ethic, outstanding research and writing skills, and the ability to handle your own cases from intake through trial? We’re looking for someone who can work independently in all aspects of litigation and arbitration, such as drafting complaints, discovery, court appearances, mediation, and trial.

We’re also looking for individuals who view themselves beyond the identity of an “attorney” and want to provide our clients with more than just your average cookie-cutter solution. We’re building something special here and we’re looking for the right person to create that with.

Your day-to-day may look like:

• Assisting businesses to prevent, navigate, and resolve complex legal issues.
• Assisting and advising businesses on establishing their company’s structure, policies, objectives, and procedures.
• Ensuring all relevant laws and outcomes are understood by businesses.
• Researching and resolving legal disputes through the analysis of relevant laws, argument development, evidence collection, and zealous legal representation.
• Drafting, reviewing, completing, and filing legal paperwork related to business operations.
• Examining and reporting any potential or existing legal issues to the relevant authorities.
• Negotiating contract terms, transactions, and settlements on behalf of our clients including mergers and acquisitions.
• Managing multiple clients, cases, and legal activities that carry varying deadlines.

We’ll need you to have the following qualifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar.
• 3+ Years of Civil Litigation Experience.
• Outstanding communication skills with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to develop strategy and lead assigned caseloads through to trial.
• Willingness to take on new, challenging and unique tasks.
• Hardworking, Innovative, and detailed oriented.
• Self-starter who takes ownership of executing tasks.
