Junior Litigation Attorney

Our goal is to have clients that are thrilled with the work product we deliver, and team members that are fulfilled by the work they are doing.  It’s more than reviewing your work experience and transcripts for us.  We want someone who will join our team and hit the ground running. We’re also looking for individuals who view themselves beyond the identity of an “attorney” and want to provide our clients with more than just your average cookie-cutter solution. We’re building something special here and we’re looking for the right person to create that with.

Your day to day may look like:

• Assisting businesses to prevent, navigate, and resolve complex legal issues.
• Assisting and advising businesses on establishing their company’s structure, policies, objectives, and procedures.
• Ensuring all relevant laws and outcomes are understood by businesses.
• Researching and resolving legal disputes through the analysis of relevant laws, argument development, evidence collection, and zealous legal representation.
• Drafting, reviewing, completing, and filing legal paperwork related to business operations.
• Examining and reporting any potential or existing legal issues to the relevant authorities.
• Negotiating contract terms, transactions, and settlements on behalf of our clients including mergers and acquisitions.

We’ll need you to have the following qualifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar.
• 0-2 Years of Civil Litigation Experience.
• Outstanding communication skills with colleagues and clients.
• Willingness to take on new, challenging and unique tasks.
• Hardworking, Innovative, and detailed oriented.
• Self-starter who takes ownership of executing tasks.
