Banking and Finance Specialist

Are you an experienced Banking and Finance specialist with Document Preparation and Lending Compliance proficiency? We are looking to hire a candidate with a strong work ethic, outstanding research and writing skills, exemplary attention to detail, and the ability to handle their own cases from intake to finish. Candidates must be able to skillfully prepare documents for any loan type along with preparing other documents mortgage professionals rely on such as loan sale, assumption, broker, and service agreements. Candidates should also have experience reviewing, negotiating, and drafting real estate contracts, leases, and loan documents.

In addition, candidates must be able to provide expert advice on how to run a compliant practice, including licensing, usury analysis, foreign registration requirements, and other general advice regarding lending a regulatory climate throughout the country.

Your day to day may look like this:

• Preparing all loan type product types including fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, mini-perm, perm, revolving lines, and more.
• Reviewing bank facility and security to identify issues and consent requirements, when borrowers are contemplating reorganization, disposal, or acquisition.
• Acting for both lenders and borrowers, advising on new facilities, and refinancing across a variety of sectors including hotels, retail, real estate, leisure, and healthcare.
• Negotiating and dealing with all security and guarantees, documenting financial covenant re-sets and the waiver of covenant breaches, and documenting and implementing intra-group lending and support arrangements.

We’ll need you to have the following qualifications:

• 3-4+ Years of loan drafting and processing experience.
